Hello and Welcome to Awaken within, your path to wholeness. My name is Sandra Baker. I began this journey of searching for something more when my children went to live with their father after a messy divorce. I had put all of my identity on being a successful wife and mom. When I lost both identities, I hit rock bottom. As a result, I began searching for the truth of who I am, as God sees me. It was because of this seeking that AWAKEN WITHIN came to be.
“Who am I ?” and “What is my purpose?” are two of the greatest questions you can ask during your life. When you begin a journey of seeking, it opens the doors for answers. Your journey in life is one of awareness and self-discovery; discovery of your God-given self, to find the light that you already carry within and become one with it.
Have you ever just felt “stuck” or unable to move forward, but not sure why? Many of us carry emotional blocks created from thoughts and perceptions that have limited us, beliefs that keep us from becoming our true, authentic self.

Through a unique process of Rapid Eye Technology and a program I put together called “Meditate on the Go” we are able to honor your current limitations, release them, and anchor in new belief systems that allow transformation to occur as fast as you are ready. Emotional blocks disappear and Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual healing become accessible. We put together a plan to re-create an amazing life of health, passion, peace and joy.
