Hello and Welcome to Awaken Within, Your Path to Wholeness. I began this journey 11 years ago when my children went to live with their Father after a messy divorce. Losing my identity as a mother caused me to seek for my TRUE identity. I went through a lot of pain and suffering during that time, but was able to AWAKEN WITHIN as a result of that searching.
Who are you and what is your purpose here is in my opinion two of the greatest questions you can ask during your life. When you begin a journey of seeking, it opens the doors for answers.
Have you ever just felt “stuck” or unable to move forward, but not sure why? Many of us carry emotional blocks that keep us from becoming our true, authentic self. Your journey in life is one of self-discovery; discovery of your God-given self, to find the light that you already carry within and becoming one with it.
Sometimes pain and suffering have to hit us in order for us to search for something else. However I believe we can learn through peace and joy as well.

Rapid Eye Technology (RET) is a form of energy medicine that simulates REM sleep or rapid eye movement, except you are conscious and awake.
